Nah, there's an "American style diner" called BFF Oslo, but it's a mess - both thematically (massive menu, strange mix of concepts), and execution-wise. Massive, greasy, expensive, and flavorless.

Nighthawk was of course sort of a gimmick as well, but at least the food held up to scrutiny, because even a theme restaurant is a restaurant at the end of the day.
