Tolerance to psilocybin builds up quickly. Using mushrooms two days in a row is likely to lead to a strongly diminished experience (if dosage is the same) the second day. The tolerance greatly diminishes during the next 4-7 days.

You may not have the desire to trip that often though, especially if you have tripped recently.

A mushroom trip can be a very spiritual gift, and should not be taken for granted or abused. The longer you wait between trips, the stronger your next trip will be.

However, in some cases people have reported that multiple days of tripping resulted in one of their best experiences in their lives. So, your results may, and will vary.

Generally after you trip multiple consecutive days, you feel less "enveloped" in the psychedelic world. You may find that you get used to it and become less surprised/excited by it. It can become familiar and less profound; even with increased dosage.

Psilocybin has a cross-tolerance to LSD and mescaline (to a lesser degree) meaning the use of one will add to the cumulative tolerance of the other.

Not only are psilocybin/psilocin, LSD, and mescaline all cross tolerant, but they also effect the tolerance of the nuerotransmitters they imitate. When an individual gains a tolerance to psychedelics that increase mood or the feeling of significance, you can expect that the individual has also gained a tolerance to the natural chemicals that induce the same feelings. Don't be suprised if after tripping every day for seven days you feel a lack of significance, specialness, or feelings that new understandings aquired are profound. Not to worry though, just like the psychedelics, the tolerance will fade.
